Location

My-Villa is located in Le Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, a small village nestled amongst the cork oak, pine and mimosa trees on the Mediterranean coast. Located approximately half way between St. Tropez and Le Lavandou, Le Rayol looks out over the Mediterranean sea from a steeply sloped and sweeping bay, providing magnificent views along the coast and to the Islands of Hyères opposite. By its nature, the bay of Rayol provides most properties situated there with dramatic views - My-Villa is no exception.

In Brief

My-Villa is available for rental all year round, so you can treat yourself to a touch of class and enjoy the relaxing delights of this very special corner of the Côte D'Azur. The major points of interest are:

  • Sleeps 10 + 2. Five bedrooms providing accommodation for ten. Four double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathroom facilities, plus a twin bedded room. The twin bedroom and one of the double bedrooms share a separate bathroom, making four bathrooms in all.
    The master bedroom suite has its own private living room adjacent. There is a double sofa bed located in this living room, providing sleeping facilities for a further two people.
  • Air conditioned.
  • Large private pool, 4.5 metres x 11 metres with underwater lighting. Chemical chlorine free, fully automatic, electrolytic operation.
  • A modern villa, fully equipped to a high standard. Designed and built for us by a local architect in 1991, it offers stylish Provençal architecture.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
  • Spacious living accommodation, two independent living areas. Principal living area with two reception rooms, lounge and salon, both with comfortable seating. Separate dining area, table for ten.
    Additional private living room adjacent to the fifth bedroom, which together form the master bedroom suite.
  • Set in extensive private grounds of approximately 5000 sq.m. (1¼ acres), offering uninterrupted and stunning views towards the Islands of Hyères and along the coast to Le Lavandou. Garage for two cars.
  • Extensive terraces, some to enjoy the sun, others providing shade. Covered dining terrace adjacent to kitchen and dining room. Various nooks and crannies to get away from it all. High quality Triconfort garden furniture, external dining suite with seating for 10 or 12.
  • Close proximity to the local beaches, 10-12 minutes walk or drive in under 4 minutes.
  • Two minutes drive to the village centre. You can eat and drink in the highly rated local bar/restaurant, buy provisions in the small supermarket or local butcher and get freshly baked bread from the boulangerie. Of particular interest, the local bar/restaurant, Maurin des Maures, offers reasonably priced, excellent Provençal cuisine, with live music on selected evenings over the summer - a great night out and no need to drive home.
  • Modern conveniences featuring fast (10 Megabits/sec) fully unmetered Internet access, WiFi Internet, VoIP telephone system (via the Internet) with free, no limit, 24/7 phone calls to 69 countries worldwide - including all of Europe, north America, all English speaking countries (that we know of), most other major countries.

Reservations and Availability

You may reserve My-Villa for a minimum of one week to as long as you require, assuming the week(s) you want are available. As per our booking conditions, receipt of a 25% deposit for your requested period secures your booking. To reserve, please visit our Reservations and Availability page, or if you prefer, visit our contact page and either call or email us.

Whichever method of reservation you use, we will always ensure that we contact you promptly. As soon as we hear from you and verify that your requested period is available, we will "pencil you in" for the weeks you require, meaning the reservation will be held for five days until payment of the 25% deposit is received. Once we make contact with you, we will pass on our bank details and await receipt of the necessary funds. "Penciled in" status means that you have first refusal on the period you wish to reserve. While waiting for payment of funds, should somebody else wish to reserve the same period as you, we will contact you to inform you of this and confirm your intentions.

Low Season Restrictions

November to March inclusive is low season and a few restrictions apply to rentals during this period. The principal restriction is that My-Villa is rented as a four bedroomed villa only. All details may be viewed on the rental prices page, in the section dealing with low season rentals.
